Happy Chinese New Year or Seollal or Tết Nguyên Đán or Chūn Jié wherever you are from. In my country, especially the region I stay in, many communities celebrate Losar with lion dance, food and festivity. As you might have seen till now, I love Chinese food, novels, and drama. So this is what I cooked for my son and me today.

Smashed cucumber salad

Twice cooked pork
And of course rice to eat them with!!!
