The video of the Goukui in my ADUAAOR, IJWTF, I so wanted to make it. So, today I made a fusion one. For stuffing, I used paneer (cottege cheese) mixed with paratha masala, chilli flakes and rock salt. I also used half all purpose flour (maida) and half whole wheat flour (atta). Instead of lard, I used ghee. The end result was too good. My son now wants it for his tiffin tomorrow.
